Highways works are often concessioned to the private sector in order to make viable necessary maintenance and upgrades. This sector has specific reference systems that are set forth by legislation as well as its own regulatory agency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are very experienced advising on highways. Our office has detailed knowledge of the System of Referential Costs of Works (SICRO), which allows us to advise extensively on tender processes and on the execution of the highways works in Brazil.
