From the end of 2012, he started to work with the partners in the leadership and training of new lawyers and assisting in work management.<\/p>\n<p>Ademir has a deep knowledge of budgeting of works and defends clients in important auditing cases especially before the Federal Court of Accounts in relation to a range of projects especially those connected to oil and gas related activities, as well as REPAR, RENEST and COMPERJ refineries, Ferrovia Norte Sul (North South Railway) and Santos Dumont, Goi\u00e2nia and Vit\u00f3ria Airports.<\/p>\n<p>In 2012, Ademir successfully completed an MBA in Tax Law from Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas
